Maybe there is something wrong with ur system, when it is supposed to unlock an emblem, does it come up with a error message etc. If so, get help. If not, then just level up, kill stuff etc. If u only play MW3 single player, then u cant unlock any emblems there. Same with spec ops I think.

No, unfortunately. When you prestige, you lose everything but your titles and emblems. Luckily with Modern Warfare 3, they have implemented a system that slightly takes the sting out of prestiging. Everytime you prestige, you are given a prestige token. With this token you can use it to give yourself 2hrs of Double Experience points for either your weapons or levels, some titles and emblems at certain prestiges or you can unlock 1 piece of gear in the whole game. Whether it be any primary or secondary weapon, a perk, any lethal or tactical grenade or a deathstreak. And the best thing is that whatever you unlock will always be unlocked for everytime you prestige after so you do not have to unlock it again, except for the double Weapon/Level XP tokens, which expire after those two hours and you have to use another token to get them again.

What is prestige on cod6?
Theon line play in MW2 rewards players with experience points for kills and other achievements. These experience points allow a player to progress through levels and in doing so unlock new weapons and perks to use within the game. During the course of the game players also obtain various titles and emblems to display on their name tag within the game. At level 70 all guns and perks are unlocked and players have the opportunity to enter Prestige. If players chose to enter Prestige, then all perks and weapons are reset to the first level and players have to accumulate them again by progressing through levels 1 - 70. Entering Prestige allows players to display a different on screen medallion and also obtain different titles and emblems to display on their name tag. When a player enters prestige, titles and emblems previously obtained are not reset. Prestige does not open any new weapons or give players any advantage over players who chose not to enter.
