Why can't you see childbirth on Sims2?

I think the creators of Sims 2 think it is unsuitable for younger children. However, the Sims have a way, if you know:

• They start to shout and scream in dire agony.
• Next, it comes up with a message about a baby on it's way.
• Then, the baby comes out of the Sims' green diamond

Note: If you have twins, it doesn't happen again, she just swirls and out he or she comes.

You cannot have triplets, quads... etc,

If she wears a bikini I think you can. Otherwise, you can't probably because the game is a 12+ game.
