Answer I wish I could tell you that as men get older this stupidity goes away but it doesn't and the reason it doesn't is that women put up with it. A few games of Baseball, hockey, Basketball or whatever in a week won't kill anyone, but to be doing sports all the time, you have to ask yourself, are you a wall flower for this guy, or does he love you and the reason I say this is because this guy seems rather guilty of thinking of himself and not giving you much thought.
