The Grim Reaper, often depicted with a scythe, symbolizes the inevitability of death and the transition from life to the afterlife. The scythe represents the harvesting of souls, cutting away the ties to the physical world. I don't think so. I don't personally believe in the Grim Reaper but the idea is that he does not kill people but merely is there to collect them when they do die. Dead people never meet the reaper. He comes after you while youre alive and when youre time is up, HE KILLS YOU! He reaps your soul with his scythe. Bad dude.
Nowhere. The Grim Reaper is always on the go relentlessly marching to slay his next victim.
Nobody knows.

In "The Sims" series, the Grim Reaper typically arrives automatically when a Sim dies. To ensure he shows up, simply let a Sim die from any cause—such as old age, fire, or drowning. Once the death occurs, the Grim Reaper will appear shortly after to collect the deceased Sim's soul. You can interact with him for various options, including pleading for the Sim's return.
This means that the soul reaper can go on as a soul reaper but he/ she doesn't have the authority of one.
