Well people thought of what kids want. The people that invented this program called Cheat Engine found out that the kids want good progress in the games that they play online so they made it so kids have to download it to work. In order to do that, it makes your computer very slow including lagging, freezing, viruses, and glitches. Each time you download Cheat Engine, the person (Person, group, gang, team, however you like to call it) who created Cheat Engine will get money. And each time they get money, they could use their own creation (Cheat Engines) to hack how much money they get.

When you tell a computer what to do, it's called hacking, period. All computer programmers--good or bad--are hackers. A lot of people simply associate hacking with malicious activity because that's what the people on the news call it when something bad happens.
