Well first you have to go to game guide then click on trading card games and then click on the second picture on the list and go to view my collections on the main screen. After that you click on packs and what i did was keep clicking on the packs until it turned over and opened. Then you scroll down to the bottom of the pack screen and click on which virtual reward you got. When you have done all the packs click on virtual rewards on the top of the screen beside packs. That where you click on all the rewards and once they all disappear you exit tcg and go back to where you can see your player and there should be a little envelope by your emotions thing you click on it and there are your rewards
