Why isn't my sims 3 game working?

You probably can't install it because you have to have a certain number that comes with the instructions.If you got rid of the instruction's you won't be able to install it. Or you might not have enough room on your PC.

sorry i forgot to put the description so i am right it down in the answers block. Please Right Answer Below description. So i had windows xp and i played it all nicely and when we re-installed xp and installed sims deluxe edition it doesn't work. It loads the box 'The Sims Deluxe Edition' and then closes the box and does nothin. The CD drive is working you here the noes but does nothin. I tried re-installing it but instead it said installing... I tried add/remove and still said installing... But then i decided to wait if the word installing was ment to be re-installing and still it just keeps anything the same way? how to re-install it or how to make it work.

You probably have the wrong type of computer for that game, or the disc is scratched.

sctraches on the disc, glitch, or somethings just wrong with the game. If you did this to make it happen then sorry nothing to do about it

You must first install THE sims 2 before the expansion pack. in other words, the main CD
