Why won't celia's blue heart event happen on harvest moon ds?

» 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, not Wednesday Visit Muffy at the bar during the evening. Griffin makes all of the bar's drinks, and she would like to help out more. Griffin has made the drinks before, so Muffy thinks she can make her own new drink concoction! This should be interesting, especially after the drink she made you before. Muffy senses your reluctance and asks for your assistance. Behind the counter she begins to mix things together. She asks you to pick the last ingredient to add to the drink. Suggest she adds milk and she'll finish the mixture. Muffy gives you a taste and this time it tastes pretty good! Muffy will see if Griffin will add it to the bar's menu. After this event you'll find Moo Milk for sale at the bar. You must finish black and Purple Heart Event before doing this. First of all the order of the heart events are black>purple>blue>green>yellow>orange>red. You have to keep giving her gifts afterwards, as the heart event does not change the color of her heart. Keep giving her gifts until her heart turns green and then eventually yellow. Yellow is the next and last heart event after blue. But there is no heart event for green and orange.

Usually it won't work if you haven't met all the requirements. But sometimes Heart Events are just tricky to activate.

There is no way to tell what you're doing so all I can suggest is to keep trying.

» Celia has a blue heart color or higher

» You have seen the black and purple heart events

Have you done the two other events yet? the black heart? if not chances are good the event won't start.
