Why won't my Sim have her baby on The Sims 3?

Whatever your sim is, it / she WILL remain pregnant until it / she has the baby........ Answer 2 She (or he, but rarely) remains pregnant for about 5 days. Then is simply gives birth, with no way of stopping it.

I'm Having That Same problem! She Has The Option To Go To The Hospital But Won't Go, She Can Have no Interactions With ANYTHING And She Has The Having Baby Moodlet.

I Just Came Back to the computer and she had about 30 newborns and was still going at it. I Think i Watched And Listened to too much kids stuff? But Nothing Helps. Not Resetsim

Or Anything. I Just Have to make a new family I Guess.

If the sims has just started been pregnant/or found out that she is pregnant, then give a little while and she should start being sick and vomiting in the toilet and after a while your'll see the bump.

I've been there before, it takes a little while only a couple of sim days.
