Refresh your source sdk content, make sure you have CS:S installed first and is a legitimate copy. Then refresh SDK content, this should fix the problem.
If not you can create your own CS:S build by clicking "Edit game configurations" and then click add on the window that comes up.
Now you need to type in any name for your CS:S build then in the box below browse to the location where CS:S is installed.

Source SDK (Software Development Kit) is a software package developed by Valve Corporation for creating and modifying content for games that use the Source engine, such as Half-Life 2, Counter-Strike: Source, and Team Fortress 2. It provides tools, libraries, and documentation to help game developers and modders create custom maps, game levels, and modifications for Source engine-based games. Source SDK includes the Hammer level editor, which allows users to design and build 3D environments, as well as other utilities for creating textures, models, and other game assets.
