Will your ps2 guitar hero guitar work with your PS3 if you use a ps2 to PS3 controller?
no i wrote to activision a few weeks ago and they wrote back saying that the les paul controller will only work with gh3 and Guitar Hero aerosmith
however their are a few companies working on an adapter to link the ps2 controller to the ps3
your best bet at the moment is to just play gh2 on the ps2
i think it shouls work I'll try to get back to you because i have a ps2 and am getting a ps3 for Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
there is no difference between the ps2 and ps3 controllers because they ARE THE SAME EXACT CONTROLLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it's a wireless controller you should be able to use it on a ps3, as you plug a USB thing into both. If it's a wired controller, no you cant use it.
