I don't quite understand, if you mean installing the game fast, your pretty much out of luck ;)

If you mean beating the game fast, I suggest if you are human fight wolves and those kobolg things, even the lvl 3 ones until you lvl up to 5, get all the skills in northsire, then go to goldshire and fight the lvl 5 boars, my lvl 3 rogue can kill lvl 6 boars heheh. My lvl 11 mage also can finish opponents off higher than his lvl before he gets damage heheh. So other than elite opponents, try to challenge yourself, resting is big also. always go to the inn when you log off.

If you mean loading or playing it fast, its the game. I suggest going to a low populated server.
