It's happening to me too, to everyone it seems like. I checked the forums, it happend last year too for like a day. I'm guessing xbox live just shut it down to update it maybe? It could be an upgrade for an expected surge in traffic after Christmas. It is not all that uncommon for online game networks to go down from time to time. Be patient hang out with your family and friends make a sandwich or watch a movie and try again later. Xbox customer support will just tell you that the system is down and to try again later so save yourself the waiting time on hold. You can also check out the Xbox support forumns and talk to others that are having the same problem.
i dont now
No, Because Microsoft tracks your Xbox Live Account. So you have to pay for Xbox Live whether with a game card or if you pre-pay.
To get a Xbox live membership, you need to register. Your profile must have been registered to go online.
Xbox Live originally debuted on the original Xbox. When you inserted the disc that came with the Xbox Live starter kit, it updated the dashboard to include Xbox Live. It was much different, however, than it is now. With Xbox 360, Xbox Live is integrated with the Dashboard. On the Xbox, it was mainly used for playing other people over the internet. There was not much in terms of downloadable games and video content. The Xbox Live service officially ended for Xbox on April 15, 2010
Not as of now.
If you mean "is the xbox-live service free now", then no. The annual subscription cost has actually increased from $50 to $60.
It is still Xbox Live.
Xbox live Silver is for XBOX Live MarketPlace not for playing LIVE with you're friends that's what is the XBOX LIVE GOLD is.
live or not live? that is the question...
I don't think you can play chipped games on xbox live because Microsoft can tell that it is copied
If you do not pay for Xbox Live and you have not before then you are a silver member. This means you can send messages but you cannot utilize the Xbox Live Party System allowing you to talk to friends in realtime. If you have been a member and your empty credit card is now paying for Xbox Live then when you are found to be doing this your account will be banned temporarily.
Silver does not have xbox live. It is free; but no xbox live!
