well if it was me i would just run a jump wire. Attach a wire to the contact plate that's under neath the horn cover. Run that wire down the fuse box under the dash, usually under the driver side kick panel, and attach it to the horn fuse. All the fuses are usually labeled. Ive done it once before on a pickup, should work the same.
