it happened to me once u hav to uninstal java and install it again or there is something wrong with your internet options possibly pop ups that are blocked

is is a common problem throughout a lot of runescape players, i myself no longer play because of jagex. But you may need to delete- reinstall your java, or even update it to the latest version. If not, then the computer may not be quick enough to load the fps of runescape
