Generation I: Thrash is a damage deeling move that lasts for 3-4 turns. Once used (even if it misses), the user will only be able to use Thrash, and will not be able to switch out. At the end of this duration, the user will become confuse.
Generatio II, III, and IV: Thrash has the same effects as generation I, however the duration is decreased from 3-4 turns to 2-3 turns.
Generation V: Thrash's power is increased from 90 to 120, and its pp is decreased from 20 to 10. It can also now be disrupted by various effects, however the user still remains confused as a result of using it, regardless of success.
