You probably mean how to combine images. There are several ways to do that in Photoshop: open 2 images in Photoshop, convert background layer to normal for image nmb. 2 then drag it into window with image 1. Another way is to use File > Place command to import image from hard drive into document with already open image in Photoshop.
grab the white background with the magic wand tool then inverse it and you will have the image selected and at this point you can copy and paste it to a new layer.

There is no other way u have to have photoshop to turn the image to jpeg it will not work otherwise it will just turn back to its original form that it was in
