It depends on what color yellow you have. I also have a room with corn-yellow walls. I picked a very dark red, almost plum color. It still allows light into the room, giving it that "ahh" feeling when you enter it, but it also gives it this cozy feeling that helps a room become a living space rather than just four walls with windows. I would also try pastel colors, any will do. I prefer a light pink or light blue, really any pastel's will do. I hope this helps:)
I would use white or cream colored drapes. It will soften the room, and allow the aqua color of the walls to be the main focus. Then I would use a second color like yellow or orange to use in the accessories.
Lavender curtains would go best.

look at a color wheel and use colors opposite your color (Yellow). Colors that would go with yellow would be reds, violets, and blues.
Any light wood would go great with a yellow kitchen, espcially with a light staining.
Always, always choose neutral colors for carpets/flooring. That way you can put any color furniture on top of them. With yellow walls, I would recommend Zinc gray carpet: plumcarpet[dot]com/products/zincgray-carpet Gives you nice contrast, but still frees you up. If you use a bright color in flooring it limits what you can do with the rest of the room.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GO TO THE WSHOP AND GO TO THE WALLS AND FLOORING SECTION AND BUY SOME FLOORS OR WALLS!

Without seeing the wallpaper, how could I possibly know? If there is a background color on the wallpaper, you can go with that or any other color in it. If you use a color in the pattern, a flower or something, painting the walls the same color is going to bring that out more in the wallpaper. Depending on the pattern, this could be good or bad.
All colors. It depends on your preference.
With a neutral palette on the walls and floor, virtually anything will "go," and you may wish to take the opportunity to inject color into the space.
