Yes. You just need to apply at least two coats of the waterproofer and reapply every two months in colder seasons, especially if you live in snowy areas. I personally apply three coats to my winter boots and touch up with one more coat after about a month or two if it's been snowing heavily. You don't need to use any many applications of coating with this waterproofer as I do, however since it doesn't cause any discoloration, I feel like it's better to be safe than sorry.
The different types of soles used in shoes include rubber, leather, synthetic, and foam. Each type of sole offers different levels of durability, comfort, and traction.
Any alcohol based product can be used to remove ink from synthetic leather. This works best if used within the first few days of being stained.
The material commonly used for shoe soles is rubber, as it provides good traction and durability. Other materials, such as leather, foam, and synthetic compounds, are also used depending on the shoe's intended use and design. The choice of sole material can impact the shoe's comfort, flexibility, and longevity.

Yes, synthetic leather can be stretched to some extent, but its elasticity depends on the specific materials used in its construction. Unlike genuine leather, which can mold and stretch more easily, synthetic leather may not have the same level of flexibility and could potentially tear or lose its shape if overstretched. It's important to follow care instructions and avoid extreme stretching to maintain the material's integrity.

Ballet slippers (soft shoes) are typically made with a leather or canvas upper and a leather sole. Some slippers have a full sole (typically for younger students), and professionals tend to use a split soled shoe. Pointe shoes are made from a mold using many layers of burlap canvas and glue. The shank (covered by the sole) is traditionally made with a flexible leather board, but newer shoes are sometimes using synthetic materials in an effort to make shoes last longer. The shoe is covered by pink or peach satin (though other colors are made to match costumes, too)
The leather material commonly used on bench press seats is typically synthetic leather, such as vinyl or polyurethane. These materials are chosen for their durability, ease of cleaning, and resistance to wear and tear from frequent use. In some high-end equipment, genuine leather may also be used for added comfort and aesthetic appeal. However, synthetic options are more prevalent in commercial gym settings due to their practicality.
