Even if you are very allergic to chlorine there other alternatives. You still have to add chlorine to the pool in some manner to sanitize even if you are using other alternatives. Chlorine is in your drinking water and I would believe that there is less chlorine in a swimming pool than in your tap water. The combination of proper filtration, chlorine or a sanitizer, pH and alkalinity balance work in combination to keeping your pool clean besides regular maintenance.
