If you have long hair, you should wear it up in a ponytail, bun, or braid. This is because, your hair can clog the drain if it's down. It may hurt a bit when you take out the hair elastic because of the chlorine, but just have a shower right after. Hope this helps.
Wear a shower cap.
Just take a shower.
Wearing a shower cap is something that is just a personal decision. The purpose of a shower cap is to keep ones hair dry when in the shower. Often people do not wash hair every day and by wearing a shower cap it protects the hair from getting wet in the shower and less difficult to style.
only brush your hair once, to get rid of all the knots, then leave your hair to air-dry.
Straightening your hair everyday after you get out of tha shower is more damaging your hair rahter than jus perming it once and getting it over with, cause it causes less split ends and tha hiar not to get thin! (:
If you have to rinse your hair after you lighten it then you can do it in the shower.
show it off shower/wash hair look in mirror pay cry
Lead your head back your head and scrub. If you have long bangs then brush then aside for the wash. It may not be comforble for your bangs but shampoo in your eyes really stings. If it's that hard to keep shampoo from going in your eyes then by pain-free shampoo!
It's when (usually) girls with really thick hair and are under weight are brushing their hair after getting out of a hot shower... This happened to me a couple years ago... Hope it helped :)

When getting out of the shower and blow drying your hair, try blow drying upside down. That will give your hair more volume including the back of your head.
