I don't know about the vomit but algeacide will help clean up the urine. The urine will cause algae growth.
Hello, has anyone heard of chlorine. Plaster pool: add 3 to 4 gal of chlor 12% strength. Bring the chlorine to 5.0 or more. It will handle the pee and the other. Let solids settle and vac to waste if possible if not just vac and back wash later. And extend the filter run time to 24 hrs.

When someone vomits in a pool, you should shock the pool with chlorine to kill any bacteria or viruses present. Use a pool testing kit to check the chlorine levels and adjust as necessary to maintain a safe swimming environment. It's also important to follow the pool's specific cleaning and maintenance procedures to fully address the contamination.
The best way to clean a pool with dried out leaves on the bottom is to fill the pool about an inch deep and allow enough time for the leaves to loosen up. Once the leaves are floating loose, take a wet and dry vacuum and suck out the leaves and water together.
Pool maintenance in the offseason is just as critical as it is during the pool season. If you haven't uncovered it, it's highly recommended to still clean and filter it out to the best of your abilities. This will stunt algae growth that will be a pain to clean up later on.
Fill it back up?

Drain the pool water, give the tiles some good pressure washing. It is best to use a surface cleaner from bestcargurus making sure that no moss and algae are stuck on the tiles. Then fill it up again with clean water
The most effective ways to clear up cloudy pool water are to regularly clean the pool, maintain proper chemical balance, shock the pool with a high dose of chlorine, use a pool clarifier, and run the pool filter for an extended period of time.
If you can empty the pool (safely, without damaging the pool), clean it up while empty and refill, that's your best option. Otherwise start by hitting the heck out of the water with chlorine, then start vacuuming (to waste) and brushing walls until clean.
