I have the same problem and have found that the only way (at least from what I've tried) to get the stain out is to just let it wear off. If possible, don't wear your Rainbows for a few days.
I'm sure other techniques work, such as scrubbing your feet with a cleaner of mixture of things, but I have yet to come across one that works.

The amount of stain needed to stain a fence depends on the size of the fence and the type of stain being used. On average, you will need about 1 gallon of stain for every 150-200 square feet of fence. It is recommended to measure the surface area of your fence and consult the manufacturer's instructions for the specific stain you are using to determine the exact amount needed.

To cover 470 square feet of wood flooring, you'll typically need about 1 gallon of stain for every 300-400 square feet, depending on the type of wood and its porosity. Therefore, for 470 square feet, you should expect to use approximately 1.5 gallons of stain. It's always a good idea to check the manufacturer's recommendations and buy a little extra to account for absorption and any touch-ups you might need.
