Have you tried a nylon mesh stretched above the surface of the pool It would take a bit of setting up but should work. Have a look at pool safety nets for inspiration. I will put in a link to one of them

To keep frogs out of saltwater swimming pools, consider installing a fence around the pool area to create a barrier. Regularly check and remove any debris or vegetation near the pool, as these can attract frogs. Additionally, using pool covers when the pool is not in use can deter frogs from entering. Finally, consider using motion-activated sprinklers to startle and deter frogs from approaching the pool area.
To keep frogs out of a hot tub, you can install a cover securely when the hot tub is not in use. You can also remove any attractants such as insects or algae from the area around the hot tub. Another option is to create barriers such as fences or nets to prevent frogs from entering the hot tub.

Yes. I used to do synchronized swimming in which I was required to use a cap. However the caps fit rarely well enough to keep all the water out and it's not uncommon for them to leak. To my understanding the main reason why swimmingcaps are used in sports is NOT to keep hair dry, but to keep it from getting in your face and to create a identical look for the swimmers. (In synchronized swimming for example.)
