After experiencing burnout, it's essential to allow your body and mind adequate time to recover before swimming or engaging in any intense physical activity. Generally, you should wait at least a few days to a week, depending on the severity of your burnout symptoms. Focus on rest, hydration, and gentle activities before gradually reintroducing swimming. Listening to your body is crucial; if you still feel fatigued or overwhelmed, it may be best to wait longer.
i think its an hour
you stop your car and wait
It depends to your dog if your dog look ative again as he is in normal he can swim :)
2-3 months
well it depends on the swim team if they are like mine we wait a couple of days after our first meeting. but if your like the other guys you wait a long time and don't win the meet
I would suggest that you wait until the end of your swim season and do it the day that season ends. I swim and got mine done in the beginning of my season, for the rest of it I could not wear my cap over that ear.
You don't need to wait -your filter system will feed it in gradually and it will spread through the water.
