A 24' round AG pool at standard height of 4' will hold 13,541 gallons, or as those of us in the biz cal it: A thirteen-five. ;) (it's probably the most asked question I get at my store)
to calculate the content of the pool go to this link
You don't use soda. You use Chlorine or Acid if it needs. Go to a pool supply co. & consult. they will get you set up.
clear
Depends on the depth of the water. If you go to four feet deep the total would be about 13,594 gallons.
When a pool leaks, water can go into the ground surrounding the pool or into the drainage system if the pool is connected to one.
The dimensions of the pool are needed to calculate this Well actually depends how big and how much u put in to it!
I really have no idea how much.....go somewhere else you hobo!

go in the water
I depends if it is a chlorinated pool. If so, wait 24-72 hours. If it is natural water, you do not have to wait.
Too much water in your pool means the skimmers won't work properly. There's not enough suction to skim the debris from the top of the pool. Too little water and your skimmers will be sucking air and that will go into you system causing it to not work properly. Keep your water level about 2-3" from the bottom of the skimmer, or 1/4-1/2 the way up from the bottom. Swimming in a chlorinated swimming pool would not be a problem. However, if it is a lake or untreated pool, I would wait at least 24 hours for the injection site to close before letting them go in the water to be safest.
