yes dirty water can grow better than salt water because salt water can kill the plant after a few days but with dirty water it will grow with it because the plant grows on dirt so dirty water but it still depends on the dirt
Both table salt and sea salt will keep indefinitely as long as it's kept free of moisture and dirt. Salt is used as a preservative, so it has a very long shelf life too.
