I assume you have an above-ground pool by your question. Regardless, water physics dictates that you make any repairs from the inside of a leaking vessel (that is the water-side, it would be the outside if a boat). The water pressure is greater than the pressure of the air outside, so, any patch on the outside would eventually (sooner than later) leak. There are a variety of vinyl patch kits available, but none that work under water, so you would have to drain it first, and then follow the patch kit instructions. The EASIEST way to patch this would be with a product called "Mr Sticky". You can get it at most pool supply houses, or, if not near one, you can order online. It is an underwater epoxy that is extremely easy to use, even for a novice. Follow the mixing instructions (squirt it onto a piece of cardboard, mix it together and spread it over your hole with a popsicle stick!), and apply. The great thing about this stuff is you can use it underwater. Very cool. Good Luck!
It will cause an explosive decompression but hopefully not tear it apart because planes are assembled in small panels so if one takes a hole it should not spreadhttp://site1.wikianswers.com/images/blank.gif?v=22222
One can try to repair a workout ball with a small hole by removing the air of the ball and then carefully filling the hole with glue made for balls. Then one can fill the ball with air again.

Counterbore- A small hole is usually made for the threaded part of a screw or bolt. The Counterbore is an additional hole made to hide the head of the screw or bolt. If using carriage bolts make sure the hole is large enough to get your socket in as well.
It is like a green house pollution that made a small hole in the ozone layer.
If the stick is not dangerous, then it is fine to use. Because of the way they are made, one having a hole is likely to be much weaker and prone to shattering which can be very dangerous, so is probably not going to be allowed. if the hole is small, you can probably patch it with some stick-repair resin and it should be fine; if it is larger than the last knuckle of your thumb, then you should consider replacing it, at least for games.
50:1 was the called for mixture with an oil made for that ratio.
No. It would be so small, that it would annihilate itself within microseconds.

if the hole is too large then there would be too much of light and exposure making the image unclear and dull. so the hole must be small, that's why its called a PINHOLE camera
The traditional houses are called "wigwams". They are dome shaped, covered in mats made of cattails or bark, with a hole on the top for the smoke to vent and a hole in the front for a doorway.
