Kanji cannot be used for foreign names. It just doesn't work like that.

Dragons are magical mystical creatures. But in books, movies they normally have large wings covered in scales, sharp teeth and breathe fire. Also they are nromally red. Just look up a kamodo dragon (real animal) which is a reptile i think and imagine that with wings.
