well it isn't such a hat, a diving hat that allows him to breathe steadily underwater.
It is called An atmospheric diving suit or ADSwhich is is a small one man articulated submersible of anthropomorphic which looks like a suit of armour, with pressure joints to allow movement while keeping an internal pressure of one atmosphere or so. The ADS can be used for very deep dives of up to 2300 feet which is 700m.
To become a deep sea diver, diving equipment needs to be purchase. Enrolling in a good diving school program is also recommended forÊbecoming a deep sea diver.

It depends, really, but usually 40 m./130 ft.
the month of february? Lincoln's birthday groundhog day. haven't figured out the diver yet.
because bubbles of nitrogen that are abosrbed into the blood at high pressures but are normally insoluble start being released from the blood as the diver rises. If this happens to quickly bubbles in the blood form and the diver gets the bends
Deep sea divers wear special suits to keep their body from getting too cold. They also wear these suits to keep from being crushed under the pressure.
Activate the X-ray gadget and go to the big octopus
The deepest part of the sea is slightly less than 7 miles deep. You couldn't go down to the bottom. It is too deep even for a Scuba diver. Plus, the water pressure would crush you. And most light disappears 6,000 feet down. update; the sea is approx 31miles deep, more information here: http://www.zadan.nl/pics/sea/ Well, The deepest part of the sea is slightly less than 7 miles deep. A diver cannot go too deep at sea without breaking his eardrum because the more deeper you go under the water the more harder the presseure get and your eardrum is justa thin piece of skin and if that breaks you could become deth or you ear might get really infected.
