Wet hair is at its most vulnerable state when wet and can stretch up to 30% which is why it is best to detangle gently and to take into consideration when cutting wet hair.
It is not recommended to apply hair chalk on wet hair as it may not adhere well or provide the desired color payoff. It is best to apply hair chalk on dry hair for better results.
