Algae grow on the waterline in pools primarily due to factors such as sunlight exposure, stagnant water, and inadequate sanitation. Additionally, organic debris and contaminants can contribute to the algae's proliferation. Regular maintenance, proper chemical balance, and cleaning can help prevent this issue.
