I havent seen it from the engine serial number. Have you tried the Man. code located on the rear starboard side of the jet ski? Usually the last three numbers after the letter will indicate month and year.

There's no VIN, but there's a HIN (hull identification number) which serves the same purpose. It should be on a black plate that is either on the top of the jet ski at the very back or on the starboard side at the very back. The HIN will be inscribed on this black plate.
