I do believe you mean Raging Waters, and I would say that one. Granted, I haven't been to the other one, but I have been to several, and Raging Waters is great.
They have inexpensive season passes, great discounts when you go to a specific hotel they sponsor, and a ton of slides to go on. If you have kids that are younger, they'll still have fun, because there's a ton of specific parts for little kids.
