They pump air into the chamber and compress it. Compressed air drives out the water. You must have room for air.
of course it wont get it completely clean but it will get it at least half way clean
Helium has completely filled orbitals and are stable and chemically inert (non-reactive). So generally it will not accept / gain / share electrons and wont form any compounds.
Either the water bottle is stopped up.(the cap on the bottom of the bottle) Or the pump is out of it. I think you will find the pump is out of it since that seems to be a problem with most of them! how do you get to the pump?, the bottom of the spout of the filled container is giving out water.
Well water is on earth but if we wont save water ofcourse it wont last long So save water
Perhaps a defective sensor?
it is exhaling oxygen, when doing so under water it turns in to bubble form, the stem has to be clamped so it wont come out the stem instead of the leaves

if a magnet gets dipped is salt it loses some magnetism this can be experimented if you put iron filings in a plastic cup filled with water, you will see the water loses its magnetic field and wont see much movement at all.

There is no way someone can answer this and be correct, but i believe that it will become legal some day. It probably wont be completely legalized though, hopefully just decriminalized. Marijuana is something that the government wont be able to completely control, so they probably would not want to completely legalize it in America.
It wont completely dissolve it but it will change the texture of the nail.
