it depends on what the dress is made of
Well, most prom dresses would not get ruined. Especially not if it's in a private pool where there is normally far less chlorine than in a public one. A whole bunch of us did it after our prom, and none of our dresses got ruined by the water. One girl ruined her dress because she got her foot caught in it and ripped it but that's a different story.

Would you precisely explain what kinda dress you are looking for.
No. Once a monster is targeted by something, then subsequently protecting it from targeting will do nothing. The targeting part already happened, even though Forbidden Dress will resolve before Sazank's effect. Secondly, Sazank does not destroy the target, so Forbidden Dress' other protective property will not apply. A destroy is a special kind of send, but it doesn't work the other way around - an effect that simply sends to the graveyard is not a destroy.
Any dress a princess wears would be a princess dress.
That depends on which dress you are talking about.
