Any .357 Magnum revolver (this does not apply to automatics or any other type of firearm) can fire .357 Magnum and .38 Special cartridges.

Can 38 Super Auto ammunition be fired in a 357 magnum revolver?

consider it`s a rimless round that`s going to want to drop deep in the chamber and won`t reliably fire in any case. If and when you do get a fire the bullet is smaller than expected in any .38 or .357 revolver so accuracy will be bad and the cases will split because they don`t fit properly, Besides super .38 Auto cartridges are more expensive

What do 32 caliber pistols look like?

Pretty much the same as any other revolver or semi-auto.

What is the compatibility of a 38 special round in a 357 revolver?

A .38 Special round is compatible with a .357 revolver because the .357 revolver is designed to shoot both .357 Magnum and .38 Special ammunition. The .38 Special round is slightly shorter than the .357 Magnum round, but it can be safely fired in a .357 revolver without any issues.

What is a colt cowboy ranger revolver?

There is no such thing. The Cowboy Ranger revolver is not made by Colt. The reason it has Colt stamped on the barrel is because you can use Colt ammunition. The Cowboy Ranger revolver is a pre WW1 revolver that was distributed in the US but also brought over from the soldiers as they returned from the war. If you can find any information on the manufacturing date and how to identify it please let me know

What is the difference between a pistol and a gun?

Is the smith and Wesson 29-2 semi-automatic?

only a pistol is an semi-automatic. revolvers are not semi auto. A "pistol" is a generic term to refer to ANY handgun, revolver or Semi-automatic. Wrong! Only some one completely unfamiliar with hand guns nomenclature would call a revolver a pistol. A revolver is commonly referred to as: "revolver, wheel gun or shooter (short for 6 shooter)." A semi automatic is commonly referred to as: "semi auto or pistol."

Is anyone producing 32 cal rimfire revolver ammunition?

Not to my knowledge. I do have a .32 rimfire pistol with a little over 100 rounds of ammo for it. It does shoot but I don't shoot it anymore for the simple reason that you can't get any more ammo for it.
