Blue Book of Gun Values
Can someone tell me this answer
Your Western Field model XNH-565 was made for Montgomery Wards(western field) by the Noble Firearms Company. This company was in business from 1959-1971.It was at this time that the Noble model 60-66 was made. This is the same model as your Firearm.Noble serial numbers have never been made available to the public for identification of year of manufacture. The price range of Noble made firearms runs from 75-150 dollars,as there is not much collector interest.
In valuing antique firearms, the CONDITION of the firearm drives a major part of the pricing. Since we cannot know what condition your rifle is in, we have to tell you to get a hands-on appraisal from someone that is expert in Civil War vintage firearms.
