You may be able to lighten the trigger pull a little by changing the hammer spring. All trigger groups of this kind have "creep" and you may be able to reduce this with a little work, the 7600/7400 and those like it are not truly adjustable.

Disassemble to do what? To remove the trigger group you need to push out the two pins in the receiver to remove the trigger group. To remove the bolt you need to take the barrel off which requires an armorers barrel wrench.
