The short answer is no, a Marlin 915Y can not be converted to be magazine fed. The long answer is that with enough money and effort it could be done by a competent gunsmith, but I suspect that it would cost hundreds of dollars to do so.
The marlin model 925 series of rifles were made from 2004-2010.So the answer to your question is no.
The Marlin model 925 22 long rifle, was first introduced in 2003. Before that it was Glenfield Marlin model 25 or just Marlin model 25. Hope this helps.

No. The Model 25N (along with the 25NC, and 25MNC) use a newer clip design that is released by depressing a lever on the gun. This same design is used in the current Model 925's. However the original Model 25 clips are released by depressing a lever on the clip itself.
