i think so
It can be recycled just like any other type of glass. Simply heat it past its melting point, and re-cast it into something new.
Gorilla glass is scratchproof, but I don't think it is bulletproof.
Bulletproof glass
A spear is unlikely to penetrate bulletproof glass, which is designed to withstand high-velocity impacts from bullets. The thickness and material composition of bulletproof glass provide significant resistance to penetration. While a spear can deliver considerable force, it typically lacks the concentrated energy that a bullet generates upon impact. Therefore, the effectiveness of a spear against bulletproof glass would be minimal.
Glass can be recycled forever until it gets contaminated.
Yes it can. Glass can be recycled by melting it to make new glass items; but I believe it's not quite that simple.
Aluminum, and bulletproof glass.

Here's a page I found with some recycled glass prices on it. http://www.recycle.net/Glass/glass/xv090100.html
The two main sources of cullet, which is recycled glass used in glass production, are post-consumer recycled glass and pre-consumer recycled glass. Post-consumer cullet comes from glass containers recycled by consumers, while pre-consumer cullet comes from manufacturing scraps and rejects.
Bulletproof glass is designed to withstand bullets and other high-impact projectiles, but it is not necessarily stone-proof. While it may resist some impacts from stones, especially larger or heavier ones, the effectiveness can vary based on the thickness and construction of the glass. In general, bulletproof glass is more focused on stopping bullets than on resisting blunt force from stones.
