You can increase the speed by using lighter weight pellets (Pellets come in different weights) but lighter pellets are less accurate because they are effected by crosswind.
An old trick to increase the power is to put a few drops of Pellgun or RWS oil in your pellet tin and roll the pellets around in the moisture of the oil. This will lube the pellet and barrel when they are fired. DO NOT over oil the pellets. I would use caution when doing this because repeated use can damage the piston.
Here's why.
When the piston springs forward it compresses the air behind the pellet. The compressed air actually slows down the piston as in nears the end of the air chamber. When enough pressure is built up it fires the pellet. This back pressure prevents the piston from slamming against the end of the air chamber and damaging the piston. OIL decreases the resistance. So you can see why you don't want to do this all the time

5 to the 3rd power is 125!
125 to the first power is simply 125 itself. Any number raised to the power of one equals the number itself. Therefore, 125^1 = 125.
