Yes, you can shoot slugs out of a Sears and Roebuck 16 gauge shotgun, provided it is chambered for 2¾-inch or 3-inch shells. However, it's important to ensure that the shotgun is in good condition and that you are using the appropriate type of slug designed for smoothbore barrels, as some slugs are specifically designed for rifled barrels. Always consult the owner's manual or a knowledgeable gunsmith to confirm compatibility and safety.
Yes, but, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!
mossberg 500
Yes, but, it is an exercise without a point.
Sears Slug Model 446.511761 is a Mossberg 500. All parts interchange.
Can you shoot a standard slug threw a modified and or improved?
head
A rifled slug- yes.
Shooting rifled slugs is the ONLY way to shoot thru a smoothbore for deer. If you shoot sabot slugs thru a smoothbore, it will not spin and therefore not be accurate. For accuracy, the slug must spin out of the barrel. Either shoot a rifled slug thru a smooth barrel, or shoot a saboted slug thru a rifled barrel.
yes
No.
Depends on what choke it has.
Any non rifled slug. However for best perfomance you want a "saboted" slug.
