It can be done.
pour in the powder, stuff a wad in with ramrod, pour in the shot, stuff another wad on top of that.
Without a wad, the shot and powder in a shotgun shell may not disperse properly when fired, leading to a loss of accuracy and range. The wad helps to protect the barrel from damage by creating a seal between the shot and the powder gases, which also prevents gas blow-by. Ultimately, shooting a shell without a wad can potentially damage the firearm and cause safety hazards.
When the short & wad do not exit the barrel when fired, you have a squib fire, on any gun.
When a shotgun fires, the trigger is pulled, causing the firing pin to strike the primer of the shotgun shell. The primer ignites, creating a spark that ignites the gunpowder in the shell. The gunpowder rapidly burns, producing gases that propel the wad, shot, or slug out of the barrel of the shotgun.
fook wad dick wad bob wad meat wad
Cut off the top of the shell, remove the shot and the wad, then pour out the powder. Though, I don't know why you would want to.
You can not use. Or should not use. The wad stays with shot exiting. I suggest improved cylinder or bore
Depends on the size and type of the wad and what you are blowing it on. It also helps to know what type of wad were talking about. A wad of cash, a wad of gum, a wad of paper, etc....
Shotgun shells are centerfire but are made up of a paper or plastic cylinder with a brass base or head. The shell is filled with powder followed by a cupped plastic wad filled with birdshot or much larger buckshot.
