Yes, you can....but the chamber on the 500 barrel is only bored for 3" max shells. You won't be able to fire 3.5" shells through the 500 barrel.
It will be printed on the barrel
The road block shotgun you may be referring to is the Mossberg 500 "Road Blocker". It's a tactical use Mossberg released in 2009. Google "Mossberg Road Blocker".

The Mossberg 500 Stock is the stock for the Mossberg 500 shotgun. The stock would allow you to get a better grip on the shotgun and absorb some recoil from firing the shotgun.
Look on the barrel to find out.
Remove the barrel and then unscrew the magazine tube from the receiver. If the mag tube is too tight to remove easily, use pliers or visegrips ONLY on the very last inch of the tube where the barrel screwed in. It's the only solid part on the tube and it won't bend or crush.
Each firearm will exhibit a preference for a certain load and or maker. The only way to know is to shoot as many as you can afford to find out.
Yes, the 600 At is the same model as the 500 series, but with a different designation for sale in New haven stores. So yes, all Mossberg 500 after market or OEM parts will fit it.
