The Colt Service Model Ace .22 Long Rifle with the serial number 51046 was likely manufactured around 1949. value of the colt ace depends on overall condition....................
i have a colt ace service model 22 cal. with a 45 cal. coversion slide. with the serial number sm32190. what is it's value. it's in excellent condition?
If that is a Colt Ace model .22, then it was made in the 1st year of production which was 1931.
Original Colt Ace 1931 to 1941, quite rare, about 10500 made. Values I've seen are from $2500 to $4000 in excellent condition with one magazine. They also made a Service model with a floating chamber to duplicate the recoil of a .45 ACP. They reintroduced the Service Ace in 1978
50-2000 USD depending on specifics.
That sn does not show up in published data for the ACE. Suggest you call Colt.
