The short answer is no. The AK47 (or AKM) is not the most accurate of weapons, but this is to do with the horrendous muzzle climb and recoil experienced in fully automatic mode. However, the bullets will yaw when striking a human target, which means that after impact they spin and deflect around the body and create very large wounds.
