Rossi is coming close with a single shot rifle ( the wizard) with interchangable barrels. They boast 21 different combos and include shotguns. As far as a gun that can shoot everything from a 17 HMR to a 50 caliber bullet the answer is no.

I do not know of any spray products that make a car bullet proof, but there is bullet-proof plastic that form to fit the window type of a certain car, and some bullet proof glass.
They were hard to shoot down because of their enormous size. If you went up in a plane and tried to shoot one down with a normal bullet it would create a leak, but not one big enough to cause any sever damage.
