It's a magazine, not a clip, and no, Lorcin never made extended magazines for their pistols, nor did any other manufacturer which I'm aware of.

None.
Let a gunsmith do it.
Cobra Enterprises acquired the rights to the P-380 pistol from Davis Industries in 1996. The P-380 is a compact .380 ACP semi-automatic pistol, and Cobra began producing it shortly after obtaining the rights. This acquisition allowed Cobra to expand its offerings in the budget firearm market.

Ask a gunsmith for help
Yes, it will work, but depending on when your pistol was made is the more important question. 380 + P loads are higher pressure high velocity loads for modern firearms only. Some newer pistols are made for + P loads, some are not. It will usually tell you in the owners manual. Do not fire + P loads in older pistols!!
