Nine rounds plus one in the chamber (tubular Magazine)
The Glenfield Model 75, a .22 caliber rifle, was produced by Marlin Firearms and manufactured from 1970 until approximately 1987. It was designed as a more affordable version of the Marlin Model 60 and became popular for its reliability and accuracy. The rifle features a semi-automatic action and a tubular magazine.
The Glenfield Model 75 was produced from the years 1960 to present. Unfortunately, the Glenfield 60 inner firing parts will not fit a model 75 Glenfield.
To load a Glenfield Model 75, first ensure the firearm is pointed in a safe direction and the safety is engaged. Open the bolt to ensure the chamber is clear, then insert a magazine into the magazine well until it clicks into place. Pull the bolt back and release it to chamber a round, ensuring you check the magazine capacity. Finally, disengage the safety when you are ready to fire.
The Glenfield 22 model 75 is the same as the Marlin 75. It was made for Sears and the parts probably can be obtained from Marlin In New Haven, Connecticut. This site has parts for the Glenfield model 75. http://www.gunpartscorp.com/ I have them. www.countrygunsmith.net
